New update on Papua: all of the former Papua province is finished. No new 2nd levels for now, since the sources are too conflicting.
- Central Papua province
- Highland Papua province
- Southern Papua province
- Digoel river
- and a lot of shorter rivers (never again please...)

Patch #41

2 new Oblasts, 2 new Krais and 1 new Republic. I don't know how accurate the northern Caspian coastline is, as the sea is in progress of drying up and most maps on it seem to conflict, I used a satellite graph from 2004 so if anyone is able to provide an update from here be my guest :)

I suggest you remove rivers from the main basemap and put them on a separate one, in case someone wants to make a map with this without showing them.

Rivers will help me on my project so not really sure about that...

...or not im not entirely sure

5 new Oblasts for HEART, same issues as mentioned previously with the Caspian coastline but I tried my best, gradually working my way up the Volga and Don rivers, I think that what we consider "South" Russia is done now also hey the Black Sea is done :)
