Good list altough not sure if USA would fit there finely. It not seem being better or worse than in OTL. Perhaps replace that with some Latin American nation like Chile or Venezuela. It hink too that Japan would fit on this list.

Mostly agree but why Germany is on this list? Ratherly it seems wanked compared on OTL Germany not screwed at all. It is bigger, higher population thanks of shorter WW2 and economy probably is slightly better since it unified earlier and communism laster shorter time. Bundeswehr is too stronger than in OTL. And not sure if Hungary should be on this list since it is slightly bigger and economically in better condition. I would too imaginate that Arab Federation is in better condition since it is bigger and more oil wealth.

USA is the least wanked here because it had the most domestic calamities (Wallace, Patton's Hollywood-Academia purges, American Troubles and "Equal but unintegrated" solution to Racism) despite still being a superpower with now third largest economy.

Chile isn't on this list just like Switzerland or Iceland, because its overall state is more or less the same as OTL.
